Architecture decisions, and the migrations nobody else wants to own. Native modules in Kotlin and Swift when the JS side runs out of road. Remote for the past decade, with teams in Israel, Basel, Quebec and across France. Timezones have never been the hard part. My workflow is built around AI tooling I have spent two years tuning for this specific stack, which is why delivery moves faster than the hours would suggest.
