During this time I’ve learned that the best outcomes rarely come from prioritising design, engineering or business needs on their own. They come from finding the right compromise between them, then building something teams can confidently maintain and grow.
I care about accessibility, design systems, helping teams work well together, and practical solutions that hold up over time.
