An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Esquire Theatre (Denver), a link pointing to the disambiguation page Brown Palace Hotel was added.

LLM use

[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from creating articles using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or another application using such a technology) in Wikipedia pages without carefully reviewing them, such as Cohen Media Group, even if you intend to fix them later. If you would like to experiment again, please use your sandbox. Thank you. JTtheOG (talk) 20:57, 25 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Lakeside Leagues

[edit]
Notice

The article Lakeside Leagues has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

page created using AI, violation of WP:NEWLLM

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion based on established criteria.

If the proposed deletion has already been carried out, you may request undeletion of the article at any time. DraconicDark (talk) 04:04, 5 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

@DraconicDark Hey thanks for this. @JTtheOG and I had this discussion on Talk:Clayton_Long_Trophy. All of the sources for this articles are sound and I will do clean room rewrites. I'll reiterate I was unaware of the recent policy regarding us to the AI to assist with prose. - Scarpy (talk) 04:03, 6 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
Importantly here - this template makes it look like I added AI assisted prose after the first the discussion with JTtheOG, which is false. - Scarpy (talk) 13:53, 6 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
To be clear here - between May 21 and 25 of 2026 I created articles (with sourcing I still standby, but admittedly AI prose) these were Clayton Long Trophy, Cohen Media Group, Helen Jean Spiller,
Frank H. Ricketson Jr., Fox Intermountain Theatres,
Lakeside Leagues,
Cooper Cinerama Theater,
Denham Theatre
 and
Orchestraphone. @JTtheOG tagged these with
{{AI-generated}} on May 25th and left a template on my talk page. We had a discussion on Talk:Clayton Long Trophy where I told him I wasn't aware of the new policies (new to me, at least) and said I would clean-up the existing article and not further use LLMs or, specifically in my case, AI assisted prose.
A helpful Wikipedian did the cleanup on the
Denham Theatre
 article on June 3rd.
@DraconicDark left the above template on June 5 and a PROD on Lakeside Leagues
Today I completed a rewrite of the Lakeside Leagues article. Feel free to let me know if you have any remaining concerns there.
I'll continue with the cleanup of the other seven articles as soon as I can get to them.
All of that being said DraconicDark - the the template you left on my talk page, I wish you would strike. Between my conversation with JTtheOG on May 25 and June 5th I didn't edit Wikipedia and add AI assisted prose, but the template you left would indicate otherwise. I realize there's a lot of threads to follow here, and I'm not trying to dodge anything. But the template above implies between May 25 and June 5th going back on what I said I wouldn't do when I talked with JTtheOG. - Scarpy (talk) 07:25, 7 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
