Rodney Rwagi, he is originally known as Seruwagi Rodney a Ugandan by nationality and a resident of the country from the Mityana district. He studied at White Angels Primary School, Bulenga then he went to St Augustine's College Wakiso. He then proceeded to Uganda Institutte of Allied Health and Management Science.
