hi! i am lexi mattick.
i read insane quantities of wikipedia but rarely edit it, and when i do, i usually forget to log in.
i usually write software, play music, fly planes, etc. and have a website at kognise.dev that you can check out. while it may not be apparent from this user page, i care a lot about doing things carefully and correctly, including writing with proper formatting, punctuation, and grammar. please, if i make a mistake, come to my talk page and tell me.
thanks for using wikipedia!
topical affiliations
[edit]i've worked for or been affiliated with places with wikipedia articles:
i wrote these articles:
- European Register of Microform and Digital Masters
- Lemmon v. Snap, Inc.
- Jean-Baptiste Dubois
- Mission Rock, San Francisco (stub)
- Conference of Directors of National Libraries (stub)
my grandfather is pretty cool and has a wikipedia article: Paul Mattick. it needs more sources, though.
admin stuff
[edit]i do not have many fancy hats. i am extended confirmed and a pending changes reviewer. if these limited permissions can be helpful, i'm happy to help!
feel free to look at:
- my favorite user script, Gay? Wikipedia, which you should definitely install
- my common.js, for the other user scripts i use
- my common.css, which fixes dark mode for some scripts and makes various quality-of-life tweaks
- my uploads on wikimedia commons
i sometimes share an ip address with Tol and Sacrificiallambda. we are definitely separate people and we try very hard not to sockpuppet.
