@Kurshad shirazlu: I reverted your edit that replaced the map of the provinces of Iran by a map that someone (you?) proposes for a federal division of Iran. Without a source that shows that some recognised person or group has made this proposal, there's not much point including in this article. Please read WP:OR to understand the problem.
