I found this ZN article (and these NV and LB articles based on ZN's reporting) saying that Yermak is still part of this body, as there has been no presidential decree to remove him. We should watch whether he's removed from this and the many other bodies he's part of over the next few days/weeks, so that we can update the article(s) accordingly.
