Add the following images used during recent TA vandalism at International Clown Week:
- File:Elephant feces in the wildlife.jpg (used at 6 pages, including Feces)
- Image:Adolf_Hitler_saluting_at_Nuremberg_rally.jpg (PD-USonly, used at 3 articles)
- File:Rabiesvaccination.png (used only at Rabies)
- File:Elon Musk's Salute at Donald Trump's Second Inauguration.gif (used at 3 articles)
