i've spent the last decade working with linux, containers, cloud migrations, and awkward security problems.
i believe privacy isn't a feature, it's a right. good technology should keep people in control, not quietly turn them into the product. that's why i advocate for free and open-source software, self-hosting, and security. the projects i work on and give out publicly is my way of giving back to this amazing community.
outside of these fun projects i usually just vibe out and build out my homelab. i'm almost always tinkering with other self-hosted services, security features, llms, 3d printing, and whatever else i'm curious enough to break at 2 am. almost always a lot of that tinkering eventually finds its way back into something i build or share!
sponsorships helps with testing but mostly it gives me more room to keep maintaining and improving the work!
at the end of the day, i want to build software that empowers people instead of exploiting them. if polaris, nova, or something else i've shared has helped you and you'd like to support more of it, thank you. like genuinely... you're a real one.
if sponsoring isn't practical, that's ok too, i'm just happy you're here.
